What to Expect
Your first visit is approximately 60 minutes and includes a medical history, diet history, physical evaluation, and treatment plan development. You will be seen and evaluated by Dr. Simonds, one of our nurse practitioners or physician assistants. Follow-up visits occur monthly. Medications are refilled at each visit for one month at a time. Patients are welcome to come in to weigh anytime between visits, at no charge.
Pricing
The initial visit is $250. Follow-up visits are $85. This does not include the cost of medications. Your medical provider will work with you to determine if the medications that we offer would be helpful and the costs for those medications will be discussed with you.
New Patient Deposit Policy
We require a $50 deposit to schedule and reserve your first appointment.
This deposit is applied to the cost of your first visit with us.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel your first appointment, the deposit
is refundable if you call us within 48 hours of your appointment time. If we
do not hear from you during this time period and you do not show up to your
appointment your deposit is not refundable.
No Show Policy
To provide the best quality of care to our growing patient population, a $25 charge will be added to your office visit fee if you do not show up to your previously scheduled appointment.

Translator / Interpreter Policy
Spanish-speaking patients are asked to bring their own translator or interpreter to their appointment. We cannot guarantee that we will have an available Spanish-speaking translator on the day of the appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience.
