I’m not usually hungry until night. Does it matter when I eat if it stays under my calorie goals?

As with most things, it depends.

Physiologically, it depends on the person. Some evidence shows eating really late is not great for you. We think the types of foods you are eating are what’s more important, and folks who are eating later are typically not eating broccoli.

People who fast tend to load their calories later in the day. If you do delay your eating, you don’t want to eat all your calories in a small window of time. Your body cannot process and burn that much energy at once.

We recommend you listen to your body and eat when you are hungry. Stop when you are full. And stay hydrated.
