There are plenty of other things besides food to treat yourself:
- Do something that you like to do. For example, if you like golf, play a round of golf at a nice golf course (bonus, this helps you burn calories!).
- Treat yourself to a vacation or a day trip. For example, if you like biking and there is a course in the mountains you’ve wanted to visit, go!
- If there’s something you’ve wanted to do, make time and go do it. For example, learn how to rock climb.
- Get a massage.
- Buy yourself clothes that fit that make you feel great.
- Get body contouring or do other cosmetic work
- Enjoy a photoshoot to show off your weight loss.
