What are other ways to treat yourself besides food when you hit a weight loss milestone?

There are plenty of other things besides food to treat yourself:

  • Do something that you like to do. For example, if you like golf, play a round of golf at a nice golf course (bonus, this helps you burn calories!).
  • Treat yourself to a vacation or a day trip. For example, if you like biking and there is a course in the mountains you’ve wanted to visit, go!
  • If there’s something you’ve wanted to do, make time and go do it. For example, learn how to rock climb.
  • Get a massage.
  • Buy yourself clothes that fit that make you feel great.
  • Get body contouring or do other cosmetic work
  • Enjoy a photoshoot to show off your weight loss.
